Once I’ve submitted my video, can I change it and re-submit it again?

Unfortunately not. Once you have uploaded your video segments, your meta-data and two archiving copies are created and the editing begins. You have the opportunity to record and re-record your videos whilst using the app until you are completely happy. If you are completely unhappy with your Video when you receive it, we will allow you to re-film for an admin fee required to edit and process your Video twice.
